THERE IS CONCLUSIVE EVIDENCE THAT NO COPY OF AN ALLEGED AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE THEN ELECTED CANINE CONTROL COUNCILLORS IN 1955 (ALL NOW DECEASED) WITH THE RNA, IN WHICH MEMBERS’ RIGHTS TO ELECT THEIR COUNCILLORS WERE SURRENDERED AS CONSIDERATION FOR A TAKEOVER BY THE RNA EXISTS. NO COPY EXISTS WITH EITHER THE CCCQ OR THE RNA!

This means that other than by way of a Constitution the RNA itself compiled in 1955 (still in force except for one minor change by revision in regard to trustees), the RNA has exercised a right for which no agreement exists with present day members of the Canine Control Council (Queensland).
