You can have unlimited email aliases.
This means you can have email addresses set for your domain to point
to any email account you wish.
For example, if you use Bigpond as your Internet Access Provider,
your email address would be something like: user@bigpond.com
You could set wildcard Email Aliases - all Email, sent to any name
@yourdomain.com is forwarded to user@bigpond.com
You could also have different email addresses at your domain sent
to different email accounts.
Basic / Basic Plus

Pack Leader / Pack Leader
Pro:
Pack Leader/Plus accounts have access
to the email.fwd file in their root directory. Edit this following
the instructions below to set email aliases for your domain and
all other extra domains on that account.
E-mail Forwarding Usage:
Syntax is:
alias@YourDomain.com.au anyaddress@any-isp.com.au
alias@YourDomain.com.au youraccount
@YourDomain.com.au otheraddress@another-isp.com.au
The last line in the example above forwards any E-mail sent to any
name @YourDomain.com.au to the specified address. This is called
Wildcard Aliases.
The email.fwd entries are not case sensitive.
The E-mail forwarding database is updated hourly, when you have
updated your email.fwd file, make sure to wait for the database
update before using your new forwards.
Examples:
Example 1: If your domain is wolfweb.com.au and you wish
to forward sales@wolfweb.com.au to your POP3 login account wolfweb
on the server:
sales@wolfweb.com.au wolfweb
Example 2: Forward sales@wolfweb.com.au to your ISP Email
box:
sales@wolfweb.com.au wolfweb@bigbond.com.au
Example 3. Forward all Email to your ISP Email box:
@wolfweb.com.au wolfweb@bigpond.com
Notes:
- Sending Email: If you are using
your POP3/IMAP account at Wolf Web Solutions, you can use yourdomain.com.au
as the POP3/IMAP server. You can't use yourdomain.com.au or
any of our servers for SMTP (outgoing mail), instead, you should
use your ISP's mail server (usually mail.yourisp.com.au) as
the outgoing mail relay.
- Return Address: Most Email programs
let you set your "From" or "Return" address,
set this to your Domain Name Email, Eg: sales@yourdomain.com.au.
All Email sent will be seen to come from sales@yourdomain.com.au
even though you sent it through your ISP's Email relay. Further
Information: Return Email Address in: Eudora
Email
- If you order any extra POP3/IMAP accounts, set them in your
email.fwd file as above.
- When transferring your email.fwd via via your FTP program,
ensure that it uses ASCII/text mode, otherwise, the file will
be invalid binary format.
- Never put any @YourDomain.com.au address on the right side!
- Please be careful when setting email.fwd, incorrect settings
can cause mail loops and other complications.
For more information on setting up your Email programs like
Outlook or Eudora, please see: Setting

Multiple address
E-mail aliases:
email.fwd does not support multiple address E-mail forwarding
directly, only one recipient per address is allowed.
To enable multiple address forwarding, make a text file in your
home directory listing the addresses (one per line) and Contact
Us with the full path and name of that file, your domain,
and the address it should work as (eg. gregslist).
Once set-up, you'll be able to set your email.fwd to contain,
for example, "support@yourdomain.com gregslist", where it would
deliver all E-mail sent to support@yourdomain.com to gregslist
address, which is the file where you have listed the E-mail
recipients.
You can update the file whenever you wish, which makes this
almost like a mailing list with manual add and remove.
There are no extra charges for setting this up for you.
